Living in Myrtle Beach presents a big question… What annual passes are worth the investment!?! I truly believe the answer will depend on a few factors. Where you live, ages of your kids, interests, budget, etc. We’re sharing what annual passes we have prioritized and also a few exciting BLACK FRIDAY annual pass deals!

DEAL | Will be announced on 11/24 but last year it was $100 off elite annual pass… Expect that it’ll be the same this year.
DO THE MATH | By the numbers this one is good. Unless you can do Toddler Time or Mid-Day Madness then it’s $18 for an hour so even if you only went once per month this deal pays for itself.
BEST FOR | Anyone with kids who like to jump and who are aging out of the Toddler Time pricing, like us!
DEAL| $64.99 + tax
BEST FOR| Families with kids who love water parks and plan on going even twice should consider.
DEAL | $99.99
DO THE MATH | Regular passes are $37-47 depending on height (toddlers are $15). That means it would take 3 trips in a year to justify the cost of the season pass.
BEST FOR | This one is so far from my comfort zone and interests that I can’t say who it works best for. It does have 2 18-hole mini golf courses, bumper cars and more kid rides.
BLACK FRIDAY| $39.99 for adults (normally $49.99 for adults)
DO THE MATH | Single ride tickets are $16.99 and $12.99. 3 rides per year is the tipping point to consider the annual pass.
BEST FOR| It is definitely a cool experience.WE WROTE ABOUT OUR RIDE WITH KIDS HERE. If you love it and/or have kids who love it or will be regularly entertaining guests who want to go then it’s probably worth it!
FUN WAREHOUSE| Black Friday special is $119.99 for a summer pass that lasts June 1–Sept 30. This good starts on Black Friday and is available through January 2. See more on theirFB PAGE.
SKY ZONE| Black Friday special is $119 for an annual pass.

ANNUAL PASS | The best option for families is the $125 household deal.
DO THE MATH | Adult tickets are $22 and kid tickets are $12. Kids 3 and under are free. For a family of four it’ll be $68 for one visit so 2 visits a year is when this pays off.
OTHER NOTES| Annual passes do not include special events but it does give you a discount on them! You do get 2 additional guest passes though.
ANNUAL PASS | $99 for the all-park passport. Senior citizens, 100% disabled persons, and active members of SC Nt’l Guard can get 50% off this price.
DO THE MATH | For a family of four it’ll cost $24 to enter the park one time. So the tipping point on this one is 5 visits.
BEST FOR | Anyone who uses the state parks for their primary beach access and who wants to regularly attend programming, use the shelters, play at the playground, or walk the trails.
ANNUAL PASS | You have to buy individual tickets versus one price for the whole family. An adult is annual pass is $80 and children are $54 (ages 6-11) or $26 (ages 2-5). So passes for 1 adult and 2 kids (1 in each age bracket) would be $160.
DO THE MATH | Regular admission for an adult is $40 and kids are $27 and $13. The aquarium does offer 50% off regular admission for Horry County residents so total cost for 1 visit for 1 adult and 2 paying kids ~$40. At that rate you’d need to plan on going 3+ times to justify the annual pass. But knowthere is a discount when you renew your annual pass so if you anticipate renewing it then know you’ll spend less to renew next year (it’s 35% off).
If you’re a non-Horry County resident then then the annual pass makes sense more quickly (2+ visits) since there is no regular admission discount available. A single admission price for 1 adult and 2 kids is $80.
ANNUAL PASS | $149 for a family… They had a $99 Black Friday special in 2022 so we’ll see if that returns for 2023.
DO THE MATH | Regular admission is $10 for kids and adults (2 and under is free). If just one parent and 2 kids plan on going most often then it’ll take 5 visits to be worth the annual pass investment.
BEST FOR | Large families who plan on going regularly.
